ark M. Goto, M.D. joins
Riesberg Institute after
serving over 23 years in the
United States Navy. CAPT(ret) Goto
most recently served as commanding
officer of Navy Medicine Operational
Training Center based at NAS
Pensacola with detachments nation-
wide. He attended medical school at the
University of Pittsburgh, where he also
conducted research in Otolaryngology.
His residency in Otolaryngology was
at the National Naval Medical Center
in Bethesda, MD and Walter Reed
Army Medical Center in Washington,
DC. He practiced as a Board Certified
Otolaryngologist for 15 years in the
Navy, with almost 10 years on staff at
Naval Hospital Pensacola where he
earned top marks Navy-wide in patient
satisfaction.
Dr. Goto is energized by the large
variety of clinical ENT challenges
presented along the Gulf Coast. He
is passionate about providing expert
ENT care from start to finish while
developing life-long bonds with his
patients.
Dr. Goto is very excited to bring ENT
allergy testing and treatment to patients
at the Riesberg Institute.
As residents of Pensacola and Gulf
Breeze since 2005, Dr. Goto, his wife
Lori, and daughters Hannah, Emi,
Mollie, and Miya have been blessed to
call this area home.

roviding audiology services in the
Pensacola region since 2014, Star
Lange-Richey, Au.D., CCC-A,
began her audiology journey in Northeast
Ohio; obtaining her Bachelor of Arts,
Summa Cum Laude, in 2010 at The
University of Akron. Followed by her
Doctorate of Audiology in 2014 from
the Northeast Ohio Au.D. Consortium;
a collaborative program between The
University of Akron, Kent State University
and The Cleveland Clinic.
As a student, Dr. Lange-Richey was
the recipient of The American Academy
of Audiology’s Empowering Students
Scholarship, as well as The Kenneth Berger
Outstanding Student in Audiology Award.
As a provider, Star Lange-Richey,
Au.D., CCC-A, is passionate about
reconnecting relationships by improving
hearing through diagnosis and treatment
of auditory disorders. A licensed
audiologist in the state of Florida, she
holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence
in Audiology from the American
Speech Language Hearing Association.
Professionally, Dr. Lange-Richey is
fulfilled through auditory rehabilitation
and communication counseling.
