apstone Adaptive Learning and Therapy Centers
held their 11th annual “Wine a Little, Dine a
Lot!” event on Saturday, August 18 at Skopelos
in Downtown Pensacola. “Wine a Little, Dine a
Lot!” is a five-course dinner prepared by local celebrity Chef
Gus Silivos who prepared a flavorful and creative menu with
wine parings provided by Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits.
During the event they also had live and silent auctions, their
very popular Cork Pull, and photo booth station provided by
Salz Studio.
This fundraiser helps Capstone fund their therapy and
speech programs, education, and training to help children and
adults in our area. Capstone Adaptive Learning and Therapy
Center is a local non-profit provider of quality care for people
with developmental disabilities in our area with fifteen
locations. Their mission is: “To advance the independence
for children and adults with a spectrum of abilities and
