O

n March 2, the Pensacola Beach Chamber of Commerce hosted the St.
Patrick’s Day event Go Irish on the Island for a day full of fun and little bit
of luck from the Irish! Go Irish on the Island is an annual pub crawl that the
locals enjoy every year. The local and tourists alike dressed up in their best

St. Patrick’s Day outfits to really make the day more fun and outgoing for the holiday.
The event helps fund an organization every year, and this year it is helping to fund
Covenant Care, the local hospice care organization.

The day was bright and lively with people from all over, not just the locals. Everyone

there, from all ages, enjoyed the pup crawl. The food and drinks were all holiday-centered
and helped make everyone feel very Irish on St. Patrick’s Day. The day was warm and
sunny which made the outdoor event even more enjoyable. Let’s just say it was a great St.
Patty’s Day in Pensacola.
