n Friday, April 6, at Skopelos
at New World, in Downtown
Pensacola, The First Tee of
Northwest Florida held their

Golf Ball Gala with everyone dressing in
their best golf attire with a Caddy-shack
style party. The Golf Ball is a fundraiser for
The First Tee of Northwest Florida to help
their Junior Golf programs and other school
programs they put on throughout the year.
While watching highlights of the Masters
you are able to participate in the Longest
Drive Contest put on through Impact Golf
Academy and a Putting contest sponsored
by Hiles- McLeod Insurance. There was
also live music from The Bay Bridge Band,
a Masters- inspired menu, silent and live
auctions, a photo booth put on by Salz Studio,
and a best-dressed golfer contest at the end of
the night. Just in case you needed to update
your golf wardrobe, Antigua Apparel was on
hand as a vendor.

The First Tee of Northwest Florida

positively impacts the lives of young people
in our community by promoting character
development and life-enhancing values
through a “Life Skills Learning Experience”
and the game of golf. Their programs help
teach life values such as integrity, respect, and
perseverance.
