T
he District in historic downtown Pensacola hosted its new wine tasting event Fifty Shades of Rosé in
their upstairs lounge on February 13. Fifty Shades of Rosé lets you sample different Rosé from all around
the world. Along with light appetizers, they also had a beautiful heart-flower wall in memory of Pamela
Shivers. The District partnered with the non-profit organization Junior League of Pensacola to help raise
money to support their outreach programs in our community.
Junior League of Pensacola has many outreach programs that include Kids in the Kitchen, The Little Black Dress
Initiative and Healthy Halloween. Junior League projects and activities focus on the needs of children and families in
Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties. The League partners with various local and national family-centered nonprofits
to maximize their impact in the community.
