ent’s Formal Wear and the Pensacola Parade People hosted their Business Happy Hour at Apple
Annie’s in Seville Quarter on February 6. The monthly event was Mardi Gras themed, and invited
guests to enjoy business networking in a casual, relaxed atmosphere. Upon entry, each person was asked
to drop their business card in a bowl, and received their drink ticket along with a chance to win door
prizes. Light refreshments were available, as well as drink options from the bar. A live raffle was held with door
prizes donated by Seville Quarter, Pensacola Parade People, Gent’s Formal Wear, Christina Powers Tax, Your Tech
Professionals, and Basket of Dreams.
Gent’s Formal Wear has been providing Pensacola with some of the best Mardi Gras attire, ranging from formal
balls to black tie events, for decades. The season just wouldn’t be the same without Pensacola Parade People and
their ability to create just about anything you can throw in a parade or from a float. Pensacola Parade People is
responsible for almost every unique set of beads seen during any downtown Mardi Gras Parade.
