he Krewe of Bananimals celebrated 25 years as a krewe at the Krewe of Bananimals 
25th Silver Anniversary Ball at Castaways on Pensacola Beach. Guests dressed in 
black, silver or Mardi Gras attire and enjoyed live music from The Blenders, food, 
raffl es, prizes and much more.

The festivities also included the coronation of their new King Nick Radcliffe and Queen 

Pam Whitmer.

The Krewe of Bananimals is a zoo full of Mardi Gras party animals who gather once 

per month to host socials and are among the friendliest on the Island and they donate to 
children’s charities year-round. According to one of the wild ones, the rules are few: the only 
requirements are that there are no requirements. They party! Motto: Rude, Crude and Socially 
Unacceptable.
