What is your profession?

Every day I wake up to what I love. For the past 23 years, my

life has been real estate. It is so rewarding to be part of the lives

of Buyers and Sellers, helping to make their goals and dreams

come true. Now, as a Branch Manager for Berkshire Hathaway

HomeServices Pen Fed Realty in downtown Pensacola, not only

do I still get to continue my passion as a Realtor, but my job now

includes recruiting new agents, providing a creative atmosphere,

coaching, and enhancing the agents’ productivity by showing

them what I have learned over the years.

What would people be most surprised to know about you?

That in my 20’s I was a professional ice skater with Holiday on Ice,

and traveled the world.

What one activity makes you lose track of time?

Focusing and searching for that perfect home for a Buyer or when

I sit and study the market making sure my Sellers get the best

fi nancial return on their current homes in the fastest amount of

time. This facilitates the process of them being able to purchase

their future home.

What is the best advice you ever received?

Never give up. There is a solution to every problem. The

challenge is fi nding that solution.

What advice would you give to someone just moving to

Pensacola?

Go out and explore. Pensacola and the people who live here

are fascinating. Drive around until you fi nd the area where you

are most interested in living. Visit the beach, the schools for

that area and local shopping. Check out our fi ne hospitals and

their locations. We have some of the best hospitals in Florida

right here in the Pensacola area. One of the most highly rated

VA hospitals, too. Make sure all these factors are taken into

consideration.

What was your very fi rst job?

I was a dental assistant in Miami.

What is your guilty pleasure?

I have two: My hidden stash of chocolate and enjoying the feeling

of passing people while racing.

What was your last Google search?

A triathlon website. I enjoy participating in this sport and fi nd it a

very healthy distraction from everyday life.

What motto do you live by?

Be happy. Forgive and forget.

Who is the most infl uential person in your life?

My Dad for making life fun.
