time with them and make memories,” she says. There’s a peek at

her heritage in there, as well—growing up in India, she learned

early from her parents the importance of treating others with

kindness and respect; and the lessons by which she was raised

are part of what flavors her food and adds warmth to her home.

“David and I have been so blessed, and we want to share that,”

she says. “People who come here feel that, as well—they say that

our home is warm and inviting, and that’s something that was

absolutely important to us when we designed the house.”

Perfect for sharing a meal or a memory, the kitchen is equipped

with everything one might need to sharpen their culinary skills,

fully kitted with chef-grade appliances and adorned in Italian

granite and custom made Lyptus wood cabinets. The center

island is a gathering place of sorts, where the Maloneys spend the

bulk of their time rather than making dining a more formal affair

at the dinner table.

For David, practicing law demands a great deal of time both at

his law office as well as many hours spent hard at work on cases

from his home office; and moments of escape are often enjoyed in

the media room, where he and his friends challenge each other to

a game of pool or watch movies. “It’s important to give back and

share the blessings you have, and we love doing that by opening

our home to our friends and family as often as we can—we’ve

made so very many memories here, and that’s worth so much

more than anything we could ever buy,” she says.

Theirs is a home of hospitality without hesitation—a

willingness to give that is reflective of the delight they take in

sharing their time and talents and blessings with others, as well.

And for fashionista Eva, her passion for fashion and eye for

interior design have given her a creative outlet for spreading the

love. “Fashion and design have been a part of me since childhood,

and I love styling a photo shoot or helping a friend find what they

need to wear for a special occasion. You should feel confident

and beautiful in what you wear and love what you see when you

look around your home, and I feel honored to be a part of that for

people—especially for young women and girls who are learning

who they are and learning that they are valuable and beautiful

and unique, just as they are.”

Extraordinary though the Maloney house may be, there is

no gaudiness or sense of having gone too far. Rather, there is a

level of tastefulness—a balance that lady Coco herself would

appreciate—and the goats in attendance at the Maloney home

might well bleat their agreement.
