For the 27th year, area Sertoma
organizations are coordinating and
hosting the largest fi reworks display
on the Gulf Coast over Pensacola Bay.
There will be activities throughout the
day in Seville Square to include a large
FREE children’s area. There will also
be a variety of Arts and Crafts vendors,
Food vendors, and live entertainment
on the Bayfront stage in the afternoon.
Of course, the 4th of July would not be
complete without a Hot Dog Eating
Contest starting promptly at noon!
New this year is the FREE Pensacola
Symphony Orchestra concert at
Hunter Amphitheater in Vince Whibbs
Community Maritime Park at 7:30pm.
This live orchestra concert will be
broadcast to speakers along Bayfront
Parkway and to Wahoos Stadium.
The festivities will culminate with the
fi reworks show over Pensacola Bay at
9:00pm.

Festivities begin on the 4th of July with
a spectacular fi reworks’ show then it is
eyes to the skies as the U.S. Navy’s fl ight
demonstration team, the Blue Angels, civilian
and other military aircraft perform acrobatics
over the Gulf of Mexico.
The Pensacola Beach Air Show presented
by the Santa Rosa Island Authority.
Calendar of Events:
4th – Fireworks at Casino Beach on the
Soundside at 8:30pm
5th – Breakfast with the Blues. Should be
overhead at 8:00am
6th – Practice fl ight demonstration with the
Blue Angels at 2:00pm
7th – Dress Rehearsal with civilian acts and
Blue Angels. Rehearsal begins at Noon, Blue
Angels fl y at 2:00pm
8th – Pensacola Beach Air Show featuring
the Blue Angels. Show begins at Noon, Blue
Angels fl y at 2:00pm

Gulf Coast Paddle Championship
The 3rd annual championship will take place at the at the
famous Flora-Bama! The event will take place on Ole River at
the Flora-Bama Ole River Bar and Grill.

Gallery Night
Downtown Pensacola
5:00pm – 9:00pm
The streets close down. The lights come
up. The music plays. The streets of Historic
Downtown Pensacola come alive for Gallery
Night. Galleries, boutiques, restaurants,
and bars open their doors to the night air as
visitors and locals fl ood the streets to enjoy
music, art and cuisine. Café tables set out on
brick sidewalks are the perfect place to enjoy a
coffee or cocktail, as the sounds of live music
and a spirited crowd fi ll the air. Families
linger in the downtown parks, playing around
the beautiful fountains and historic oaks.
It’s the perfect chance to get an inside look
at Pensacola’s lively downtown sector and
thriving art scene. Streets close to traffi c at
5:00pm but there is ample parking available
on side streets. The party offi cially wraps up
at 9:00pm, but most restaurants, bars, and
local businesses extend their hours to promote
the excitement of late night crowds.
