he Pensacola Yacht Club 
graciously hosted the November 
VIP Pensacola Cover Reveal 
Party on Tuesday, November 

6. Executive Chef Artie Gless created the 
extravagant hors d’oeuvres for the evening, 
including pork pot stickers, bacon wrapped 
shrimp, a raspberry and brie platter, 
chocolate covered strawberries, a tuna and 

cabbage salad, and a beautiful prosciutto, 
turkey and cheese platter. 

Bobby and Karen Emmons were revealed 

as the cover couple, and Bobby said, “Karen 
and I were very surprised to find out that we 
were chosen for the cover this month. VIP 
has been very good to us, and our business, 
and we’re absolutely thrilled to be able to 
share this with our friends.” 

Sales Representative Beth Magnum 

emceed the event, while Publisher Greg 
Alexander, Associate Publisher Verla 
Price, Editor Steve Barber, and Sales 
Representatives Tricia Wible and Eric 
Sanders were also in attendance. A drawing 
was held for opportunities to win fabulous 
door prizes donated by local businesses.
