he Pensacola Chamber proudly presented the Grand 
Opening Celebration and Ribbon Cutting of Pot 
Roast and Pinot.  The restaurant and bar celebrated 
the reopening in their new location in the redeveloped 

breezeway of One Palafox Place. A complimentary wine tasting was 
provided by Breakthru Beverage, with help from Southern Floral 
Gardens, and musical entertainment provided by Ramsey from 
Anyday DJ. Representatives from the Pensacola Chamber included 
Clay Ingram, Eddie Murray, Kirk Waters, Fran Crumpton, and 
Russel Lentz who helped owner Aimee Wilson cut the offi cial ribbon 
to commemorate the establishment’s offi cial opening for business. 
A live drawing was held every thirty minutes in the breezeway for a 

chance to win a gift certifi cate from the restaurant. 

Executive Chef Joe Abston presented complimentary hors 

d’oeuvres, which included unique items like their specialty beet 
hummus, menu testing, and a “sneak peek” of their featured menu 
specialties. Metal artist Ben Bogan created the one of a kind window 
displays in the space, and Iron Smoke Whiskey proudly supported 
their newest cocktail called “Hell’s Kitchen,” named for the area 
in New York. Guests were also invited to the location’s “Pajama 
Brunch,” which is held on every third Sunday of the month from 
10am to 3pm. When arriving in pajamas, guests get their fi rst 
mimosa free or $3 off the Bottomless Bubbles and Fruit Bar.
