years in the financial and mortgage industry. 

A Mortgage Loan Originator with one of the 

most competitive mortgage companies not 

only here on the Gulf Coast, but nationwide, Jennifer has 

made quite the impression within the mortgage industry. 

Trident Home Loans is a Veteran owned and operated 

Mortgage Company. Located in the Harbourtown 

complex in Gulf Breeze, Trident Home Loans is licensed 

in 21 states. Jennifer is one of the 15 licensed mortgage 

originators, originating, processing and closing each and 

every loan that touches her desk. “That is the one thing 

that I feel makes me different than other loan officers; I 

am the sole point of contact from the time the application 

is taken through the time the buyer(s) are at the closing 

table,” Belcher states. “I strive to attend every single 

closing. I feel that that is important to be there to represent 

each and every client. This gives the process a family 

feeling for each one of my buyers. I don’t want them to 

feel as if they are the next number in line for obtaining a 

home loan.” This is the same attitude and character that 

is implemented for each and every loan officer within the 

company. Trident Home Loans is focused on relationships, 

ethics, and making the process seamless. “Owners, 

Marty Medve and Tim Moor are the ones to thank for 

my success. They really care about each one of us and our 

growth as a mortgage loan originator. I think this speaks 

volumes as owners of a company.” 

Jennifer is deeply involved within the community 

as well. Jennifer serves on the Women’s Council of 

Realtors, directing the Pensacola Bay Chapter’s monthly 

newsletters. She is an active member of the The Krewe 

of Gatsby Girls, a philanthropy Mardi Gras Krewe 

organization, as well as, a new member of Impact100, 

which serves 100% of all proceeds back to our local 

community. That is truly one of Jennifer’s biggest 

passions. She partakes in many local networking events, 

so if you see her out and about, don’t hesitate to stop and 

introduce yourself. “I love meeting new people all the time 

and making new friends. I always hope to be able to help 

a friend out in some sort of way, whether it be with their 

financing or giving back through a charity. However, if it’s 

through a mortgage loan, I hope that I am the first person 

they think of when needing a home loan.”
