shlee Warner relocated to Gulf Breeze
from Atlanta, Georgia with her husband in
2015. She brings over 12 years of extensive
mortgage experience to the Pensacola area.
She attended the College of Charleston, graduating in
2003, with a BA in Communication Studies. Ashlee began
her career working for Amerisave Mortgage, Wells Fargo,
and Primary Capital Mortgage prior to moving to the Gulf
Coast. Through a mutual contact she met Marty Medve,
a former Navy pilot and owner of Trident Home Loans.
She quickly learned that Trident is not only one of the
most competitive mortgage companies locally, but also
nationwide! “I immediately liked the warm family feeling
that I got from Trident overall as a company. My very
first day was spent working a charity event for World War
II Veterans on Pearl Harbor day!” Ashlee says, “I have
stayed with Trident and plan to. Owners, Marty Medve
and Tim Moor, have such dedication and ethics amongst
all customers, especially our military clients, and it is not
all about the money. Their motto is ‘do the right thing and
the money will come’.”
Ashlee has inserted herself into this community rather
quickly by building valuable relationships with local
business partners. She has served on the Women’s Council
of Realtors for the past 3 years with positions such as-
Treasurer, Secretary, and Chair to Membership. This
year’s motto is ‘fierce, focused, and flexible’ (which is
exactly what Ashlee strives to be as one of the 15 loan
originators at Trident). She received a rising star award
from the Women’s Council in 2017 and is also a new
member to the Impact100 organization. “The one thing
that I try to do with all of my clients is give them what is
absolutely best for them and that doesn’t always mean
making a sale. It is more about building the relationship
to me. I build my business very professionally and
ethically, and match every client with the right mortgage,
thus guiding them into the best financial position
possible.” Ashlee also stays ‘top of mind’ and friendly
among her competition. “It is always good to know what
other available products your peers and competition offer
so you can guide your clients in the best direction. It also
builds stronger relationships with local realtors, because
they know that when they refer a client that they are in
good hands.”
