P

erfect Plain Brewing Co. and Onbikes Pensacola, Inc. hosted its Bar Bike Build event
on the evening of Saturday, August 4. Guests were invited to bring friends, enjoy a
beer, listen to live music and build a bike that will make a difference in someone’s life!
At the Bar Bike Build, 14 adult girls’ bikes were built that would be donated to the Pace

Center for Girls. The event featured live music from Soul Station at 5:00 p.m., raffl e prizes, and
a special Onbikes video debut from Vivid Bridge Studios. The event also allowed for early-bird
registration for the Third Annual Winter Wonder Ride on December 15, 2018.

Bikes, tools, and all materials needed were provided. All guests needed to bring was

themselves and a great attitude. The Onbikes team was on hand to help assemble each bike, and
troubleshoot as necessary.

Onbikes Pensacola, Inc. buys, builds and delivers bikes to deserving children during the

holiday season. Thanks to gracious sponsors, Onbikes Pensacola was able to provide bikes to
children through several programs including the Families First Foster Care Program, the Boys
and Girls Club, Escambia County Schools, the Ronald McDonald House and Big Brothers Big
Sisters of Northwest Florida. Almost all of these children were receiving bikes for the very fi rst
time.
