VIP Dothan at Belle’s Event Plaza

he attendees of the Medical Aids Outreach Red Ball got a chance to dress up 
and enjoy a night of dinner and dancing. This event, held December 2 at Belle’s 
Event Plaza, was in observance of  World Aids Day which was December 1. 

Those attending were dressed in semi-formal attire, women with flowing red dresses and 
men with blazers and ties accenting the red colors. This event was organized to celebrate 
life for those who are dealing with HIV. Proceeds from The Red Ball benefit the HIV/
AIDS prevention education, care and wellness programs of Medical Advocacy & Outreach 
(MAO), a nonprofit organization. MAO has been saving lives in South Alabama, one 
person at a time, for more than 30 years.
