Pot brands 13 years
ago as a server at
the Columbia,
South Carolina
location while she
was a student at
The University of
South Carolina.
She worked her
way up through the
management levels
and was promoted
to Area Manager in
2014. She was given
the opportunity at
the beginning of this
year to become a
franchisee through
The Melting Pot’s Path
to Growth program,
which helps existing
operators move into
ownership. She values
working for a brand that focuses on family and belonging, genuine
hospitality, and giving back to their local community as well as
national fundraising for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. She
also loves getting to work with melted cheese and chocolate, and
a vast selection of wines every day. She has brought her 10 years
of marketing experience to Destin and is reinvigorating her new
location with fun, exciting offers and promotions. When not at the
restaurant she enjoys rooting for her favorite sports teams, playing
with her dog, and enjoying the beautiful beaches.

national real estate.
As founder and CEO

more than 36 years,
Gloria has instilled
in her company

These cultural values
have led to both

March of 2016, ERA

Through the years, she has worked on committees and in multiple

Tallahassee, and in Washington DC. Beyond her pioneering work in
real estate, Gloria’s passion for building and supporting the Emerald
Coast community was given a national stage when she was awarded
ERA’s coveted 2015 Circle of Light for Community Leadership. Over
the years, she’s raised millions of dollars to serve the community she
loves.
L
iz Engstrom has been enhancing the natural beauty of women for many years,
including cancer patients, and patients with Alopecia. She was trained in the
Sotftap method of Permanent Makeup in 2001. Softap is a method where all
procedures are done
By hand, not a machine, and uses this method for all procedures. Liz had a thriving
business in Minnesota until 2014, when she moved to Florida and opened her successful
Miramar Beach clinic two years ago. She is proud to have this as her only location with
no affi liation to any other technicians in the area, as this allows her to be “hands on”
with all of her clients. Liz1s goal is to help women achieve optimal results and enjoy
the freedom of not having to apply makeup every day! Her specialty is Microblading
eyebrows, which allows her clients to have eyebrows that
look exactly like regular hair. She is also profi cient in scalp
Micropigmentation, helping men and women with bald
spots, receding hairlines, or scars on their head with hair-
like strokes. Whether you just need a little bit of a tail on
yourbrows, want to make your eyes pop with eyeliner, or add
a splash of color to your lips, Liz would be thrilled to help you
achieve the look you envision. #iwokeuplikethis
