moved to the

area from

Pensacola two years

ago with her husband,

George who is a

property manager.

After commuting from

Pensacola for years, she

decided the time was

right to make Sandestin

her home. Paige started

in mortgage lending as

a loan processor, and

quickly began to love

helping people become

homeowners. As a

mortgage lender with

24 years of experience,

she has been through

the ups and downs of

the real estate market.

She was the secretary

for the Women’s

Council of Realtors

in Pensacola and has

helped with several not-for-profi ts on the Emerald Coast.

Paige feels there is nothing not to love about Destin…from the

beaches to seeing families vacationing in this unique and beautiful

fi shing village, she feels privileged to call this her home.

Whether someone is a fi rst time homebuyer, looking to invest,

or trying to fi nd that special home away from home, Paige Morse

is driven by helping people realize their dream of living on the

Emerald Coast. The beautiful beaches and the sugar sand are the

perfect ending to any perfect day in paradise.

of 30A. MEB

strives to offer the

shopping

experience and

provide impeccable

service for every

girl that enters.

Each bride will

have the boutique

exclusively for

two hours, making

their appointment

relaxed yet

intimate. Owner,

Maggie Matthews,

is a Mississippi girl that has been in love with wedding dresses

since she was a little.

At fi rst, Matthews was drawn to the idea of designing her

own line of wedding gowns. But, after realizing it wasn’t her

true passion, Matthews decided she wanted to open and run her

very own bridal boutique. She knew all along that she wanted a

profession where she would be completely satisfi ed - one in which

she could begin each morning with excitement; one that would

give her independence; one that would bring her happiness and

fulfi llment; and one that would help others.

A

Pascagoula, MS, native, Keli O’Neal grew up vacationing along the Emerald

Coast so it is fi tting that Destin is now her home. Keli graduated from the

University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in special education. She

credits her relationship-building skills to her experience teaching special needs

students. Her work “selling” school to these students allowed for an easy transition

to the real estate industry. She is adept at problem solving and bridging the gap

between buyers and sellers, leading to successful closings.

Keli has two girls, ages 4 and 10 who are her life. Her youngest plays soccer and takes

ballet, and the oldest just entered her 3rd year at the Northwest Florida Ballet Academie.

Keli is very involved with the NWFL Ballet Academie as well as other performing arts

communities here on the Emerald Coast.

Perfecting the art of the sale is what Keli enjoys most

about the real estate industry. She continues to fi nd that her

teaching experience gives her an advantage in negotiations

between buyers and sellers and in keeping everyone at ease

throughout the process.
