Martin,
Broker
Associate with the
Premier Property
Group, has called
herself a Walton
County local for over
10 years. Born and
raised in Jonesboro,
Arkansas, Martin
now very much
considers Santa Rosa
Beach her home.
Since joining forces
with business partner
Jimbo Holloway 10
years ago, they have
successfully closed
400 million in sales,
and have broken four
of the highest home
and land sale records in
Walton County in just
the last 12 months. In
addition to her strong
work ethic, her deep-seated love and appreciation for her community
is evident in her day to day life. In 2015, Hannah founded her passion
project, The La Lumiere foundation. La Lumiere was created in
order to help raise money for the special needs community of Walton
County. Their mission statement is “Live to Give” and thus far the
foundation has raised over $180,000! La Lumiere hopes to help create
a brighter, healthier future for the Walton Country special needs
community. Martin is also a board member at both the Cultural Arts
Alliance and Young Professionals of Walton County. In the future,
Hannah looks forward to growing La Lumiere and continuing to
connect and support the 30a community in any way she can.
A
bbe Little
vacationed on
the Emerald
Coast for 20 years
and enjoyed trying
new restaurants and
visiting the different
beach communities
along Highway
30A. She initially
began coming to
the area with a dear
friend who is the
inspiration for her
new business venture
– A Little Taste of
the Emerald Coast.
They would have a
“progressive 30A
day” by stopping at
different restaurants
for a tasting. This
concept turned
into her “favorite
date day” with her
husband by making
a list of restaurants they never tried and traveling to each one for a
tasting. She’s found several gems over the years, which are included
in the selection of food tours being offered by her new company.
After a discussion with her sister, she decided to take this passion
for good food along with the area and turn it into her next career by
relocating to start the only food tour company in the Emerald Coast
area during the Summer of 2018! Her mission is to complement
each guest’s happiness while making their taste-buds happy too!
Come along on a food tour of some of the best culinary delights the
Emerald Coast has to offer while learning more about the history
and culture of the area and maybe even some karaoke, too!
O
wner and Jewelry Designer, Renee Launiere derives her creative inspiration from
memories of summers spent at the beach, as well as international travel throughout
her life. Bijoux De Mer, meaning “jewels of the sea” in French, is a fi tting name
for her fi ne jewelry line. After 10 years of successfully selling her brand to over 60 fi ne
jewelry stores all over the US and internationally, Launiere recently opened her fl agship
gallery at City Market Bayside in Destin. Working primarily with pearls, she loves to
push the boundaries of conventional pearl designs. Her jewelry can be described as bold
and innovative; yet retain timeless elegance. Every piece of jewelry found at Bijoux De
Mer is designed exclusively by Launiere and handcrafted either by herself or her master
goldsmith. She expertly selects the fi nest materials for her designs, typically starting with
Tahitian, South Sea, or funky baroque freshwater pearls and
incorporating rare, exotic gemstones set in 18k gold and/or
oxidized silver. Launiere offers personal design consultation,
which includes jewelry styling and custom creations for
clients. The true beauty of Launiere’s fi ne jewelry is captured
in the quality and uniqueness of each item that creatively
combines elegance with a fashion forward edge.
