of Law before beginning

Coast Title Services in 

2003. 

Alison has experience 

in many facets of Florida 

real estate law and 

closing transactions.  

During her fi fteen-

year career, she has 

experienced the ups 

and downs of the local 

real estate market and 

has handled thousands 

of transactions that range 

from new developments 

and condominium projects, 

commercial and acreage 

transactions, short sales, and foreclosures. Her extensive knowledge and 

experience in Okaloosa and Walton counties coupled with her easy-

going personality, allows her to remain cool and collected even when 

working on the most complex real estate transactions.

 

Alison is a marathon runner and is active in a non-profi t 

organization called I Run 4, Inc. IR4 partners runners with buddies 

with special needs whose conditions span the spectrum from total 

physical disabilities to developmental delays to autism spectrum 

disorders. Alison’s buddy is a little boy from Canada with Cerebral 

Palsy. 

Alison has been married for 18 years and has two children. Her family 

enjoys playing music, spending time outdoors, and taking in all that this 

area has to offer.

this is where Marisol’s 

passion for art took 

off.

Marisol has taken 

her life experience and 

built her own, one of 

a kind aesthetic and 

vision. Marisol grew 

up in Costa Rica, 

earned her law degree, 

and became a lawyer. 

She and Tony met and 

married in Costa Rica, 

then honeymooned 

in South Walton. They immediately fell in love with the area and 

promised each other that they would move here one day to start their 

family. In 2001 they packed up and moved to South Walton.

Marisol and her family love the community and have built a life 

and a business here. She loves the melting pot feel of the area where 

so many people have chosen to live and realize how special a place the 

Destin area truly is.

Marisol believes in following one’s dreams, adapting to any 

situation, and to challenge herself both in her personal life and her art. 

Discovering new inspiration is the most rewarding part of her work as 

an artist.
