as a tourist in 1992.
After returning home to
Atlanta, she packed her bags
and moved a week later.

She opened Northwest
Florida Real Estate in 2013
and credits the success of
her business to referrals.

Lee and her husband, Kenny, live in Shalimar with their three dogs
– Creek, Alyssa, and Rumble. With encouragement from grandson
Colton, they recently welcomed Sonya to the family, a 12-year old
quarter horse with her own little red barn at Eglin’s Sand & Spur
Riding Club.
Lee Glaser is President of the Board of Directors for Healing Hoof
Steps, an equine-assisted therapy and learning center. With every
transaction closed by Northwest Florida Real Estate, a donation is
made to provide therapy services to local veterans, fi rst responders,
and at risk youth.

Coast community was given a national stage when she was awarded
ERA’s coveted 2015 Circle of Light for Community Leadership. Over
the years, she’s raised millions of dollars to serve the community she
loves.
A
ctive in real estate for 32 years, Cindy is a broker/agent and First Vice
President at ERA American Real Estate in Shalimar. An educator at
heart, she appreciates the stress felt by fi rst time home buyers and enjoys
the education process, to put them at ease. As a military wife, she knows fi rst-
hand how to serve this population and meet their needs. Cindy is a Certifi ed Real
Estate Specialist (only 5% of REALTORS) and Military Relocation Professional.
Cindy has an overriding philosophy of service to others. She served 16 years
on the Okaloosa County School Board and maintains an active interest in state
and national public policy/education issues. She served as chairman of Okaloosa
Economic Development Council, member and chairman of the West Florida
Regional Planning Council (president of the state organization), president of the
Junior League of the Emerald Coast, has served on boards
to include Opportunity Place, Inc., Ft Walton Beach
Medical Center, Boys and Girls Club, Science Center, and
Workforce Development
In addition to a busy work, family and volunteer life,
Cindy loves to cook and is currently baking her way
through American’s Test Kitchen Bread Cookbook.
