Becky believes health and fi tness provide us
with the ability to really enjoy our lives. The
options for exercising and eating right are
endless, and as an ACE and Fit Body Boot
Camp certifi ed personal trainer, her role is
to motivate and support you through your
health and fi tness journey.
Becky started focusing on her own health
goals in 2013.Having always enjoyed
exercising, she never really focused on
nutrition. Honing in on nutrition made her
a happier, more driven version of herself.
She feels that helping people reach and even
surpass their goals is hands down one of the
most important things in her life.
Determined to get America healthy, Becky
is starting with her own community. Destin
Fit Body Boot Camp is a group fi tness

t’s one of Ginny Lee Deptula’s life
mantras, and her successful real-estate

of Foundations Medical Center.
A mother, wife, and a former
professor, she has over 20 years of experience
as a physician assistant. She received her
Bachelor of Science in Health Professions/
Physician Assistant from Kettering
College of Medical Arts and her Master
of Physician Assistant Studies from the
University of Nebraska. She has practiced
in OB/GYN, urgent care, family practice,
emergency medicine and she is an IFM
(Institute for Functional Medicine) certifi ed
practitioner. Most recently, Amy worked at
the prestigious Cleveland Clinic Center for
Functional Medicine where she collaborated
with some of the most prominent leaders and
practitioners in functional medicine.
Amy’s journey of discovery and awareness
of functional medicine started early in her
career when she noticed that patients often
had a long list of unexplainable symptoms.
Amy wanted to fi nd the reason why these
patients were so ill, not just resolve the issue
with a prescription. Her passion is to help
patients understand the root causes of their
health issues, then equip them with the
necessary tools to be an active participant in
the healing process.
She and Dr. Chavers will work together to
address your unique issues. Your symptoms
are real and you deserve relief and healing.
