here’s so much that goes into ANYTHING in the
realm of the corporate world, from creating companies
to dissolving them to expanding them to…everything.
So, too, is there much that relates to real estate
transactions of any kind—no matter how simple they might seem.
Stacks of papers and documents filled with legalese and verbiage
enough to make your head spin. But with the right team of people
on your side, it can become a far more simple matter that flows
seamlessly from start to finish.
Since opening in April 2017, the cooperative offices of the law
firm of Barker Williams and Shoreline Title have been working
with clients in both corporate and real estate transactional law
as well as providing title insurance; directing the process of real
estate closings; and working with lenders, real estate agents,
buyers, sellers, builders, and commercial investors with every type
of real estate transaction. Combining their efforts and expertise
to create a dynamic team, law partners Farrar Barker and Kirby
Williams, along with closing administrator Christy Mooney,
streamline the entire process and keep it all in-house.
