andy Wise Homes, Inc. is a locally owned general contracting

company located in Niceville, Florida. Since 1977, Randy

Wise Homes has specialized in new home construction and

remodeling services across Northwest Florida and has a reputation

for quality and integrity. The Wise Family has built that reputation

through attentiveness to design, details, professional service, and

unparalleled craftsmanship. The mission of Randy Wise Homes is

excellence in the construction industry with a strong ethical code that

honors Godly principles in all aspects of life.

As a young man, Randy left junior college to work in the masonry

trade. Eventually, he returned to school, where he tapped into his

love of sports and studied Exercise Physiology. Randy utilized his

extensive science training and worked as a middle school teacher for

four years. All the while, he dabbled in construction and devoted his

spare time to building or remodeling, and then selling a few houses

each year with his wife, Debbie.

Eventually, Randy and Debbie decided to fully dedicate their

efforts into the building process. They left their jobs and created

Wise Construction. “I was familiar with construction materials

and had an insight on the processes and principles of building

structures,” says Randy. “More than anything, Debbie and I saw the

opportunity to fill a market need, and to provide a better life for our

family.”

Now known as Randy Wise Homes, the company boasts a

remodeling division in addition to their classic, craftsman, and off-

site homes. The business offers comprehensive quality services to

homeowners, buyers, and companies throughout the Emerald Coast.

Their two sons, Caleb and Landon worked at the company

while growing up.  Now, their son, Caleb, manages the company’s

Classic Homes division, and their son, Landon, owns a landscape

horticulture business that works with Randy Wise Homes to beautify

their properties.

Randy Wise Homes, Inc. has a solid commitment to support the

community. The family has pride in developing the community.

Their contributions include supporting the community schools’

athletic programs, Northwest Florida State College Raiders’ Club,

Chambers of Commerce in Okaloosa and Walton Counties and

Economic Development Organizations.  In addition, they support

Fisher House of the Emerald Coast, Special Forces Association-

Chapter 7, and the Taylor Haugen Foundation.  Randy Wise Homes

volunteered as the general contractor to oversee construction of the

Emerald Coast Children’s Advocacy Center-Niceville and 3 homes

for Building Homes for Heroes.

The family’s values of honesty, integrity, and professionalism that

were instilled in Randy and Debbie and now in Caleb and Landon in

the very beginning are what drive the success of Randy Wise Homes

today.
