t was a HOT one while covering our area’s 40th Annual Destin Seafood Festival
but that did not stop anyone from all the fun and festivities. The event took place
October 5-7, along the HarborWalk Village boardwalk. With vendors set up
for over a mile and a half, there was plenty to see, do, and purchase. Some of the

vendors included local seafood restaurants, homemade jewelry, other classic festival
foods, local artists, spices, bath soaps, and so much more. Other than the vendors,
the festival was full of entertainment, crafts, live music, and fi reworks at night. Fun
for all ages was available as you walked from one end of the boardwalk to the other.
The festival was set up with multiple eating, sitting, and live music areas, allowing
continuous traffi c and visitors coming by to all areas.
