Might sound strange and borderline gross

unless you’re used to the whole “juicing”
thing or regularly mix up your own power
smoothies every morning, but these are
ingredients that truly do work to combat the
effects of your hangover. Those juices are
packed with vitamins and nutrients needed
to fight off your headache, and the raw eggs
have a quick and powerful dose of protein
in them that your body is craving in its sad
state right now. Fortunately, there ARE
some that are a little more approachable, like
the Bloody Mary, which is one of the most
commonly used go-to’s on the list of hangover
cures. They’re fun, they’re tasty, and they
often come with all kinds of options in non-
traditional garnishes that don’t include raw
eggs—for instance, bacon and cute little mini
burgers balanced on skewers. There’s your
answer to the protein AND the juice.

Chug-a-lug, friend. It’s dog hair time.

To get your added dose of protein, fry up some bacon and

put it on a skewer or add a halved hardboiled egg.
