“One of our top sellers is Destin Brewery’s Destin Ale, which is a
blonde ale. It’s actually made right here in Destin on Mountain Drive,”
Campbell says. A few other locals worth getting to know? Idyll Hounds
Brewery and Grayton Beer, both are brewed in Santa Rosa Beach. Also
topping the list is Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale; an English strong ale
aged in oak bourbon barrels to infuse it with the fl avors of Kentucky
bourbon. “We’ve really become known for offering craft beers that
you can’t get anywhere else, and with a location like ours I think that
makes us truly special,” says Lacey Rachall, who, in addition to being
Campbell’s fi ancée, is his “offi cial right hand man” as the Operations
Manager.

To give grappa lovers their due, The Other End also offers more than

15 wines with carefully selected varietals that prove that even hopheads

can appreciate a good grape.
“We’re different here,”
Campbell maintains. “It’s
been a challenge, but what
we offer isn’t something
that you can fi nd in Destin
anymore. There’s so much
hustle and bustle and
craziness, but this is a place
to come and get away from
all of that. There’s the crazy
end of the city—of life—
and the relaxed one. And
we’re at the other end.”
