he Winter Guest Fest took place on January 20 

at the Emerald Coast Convention Center. This 

event, presented by ResortQuest by Wyndham 

Vacation Rentals, is the area’s largest visitor 

tradeshow that caters to the winter visitors known as 

snowbirds. More than 1,500 guests were in attendance 

while local businesses and vendors had stands and 

booths showcasing their various commodities. It was 

the perfect venue for local businesses to reach that 

all-important snowbird market. It was also a great 

opportunity for snowbirds to find out more about local 

businesses, goods and services. The Senior Snowbird 

Expo, as it was previously called, is a favorite among our 

winter visitors.
