rees on the Coast held their Inaugural SPAMMA 
PAJAMMA Fundraiser on May 6 at LuLu’s Destin.  This 
free, family friendly, ultimate non-black tie gala raised over 
$7,000, benefi ting Trees on the Coast.  Guests had a blast 

wearing their pajamas to the event and participated in a Spam Sculpture 
Contest, Toilet Paper Races and Best Pajama Outfi t Contest.  

 Founded in 2015, Trees on the Coast, Inc. is a 501(c)3, environmental 

nonprofi t dedicated to beautifying Okaloosa and Walton Counties 
through tree planting, protection, and education.  Trees are purchased 
and planted through tax-deductible donations to beautify streetscapes, 
schools, and parks.  Approximately 200 trees have been planted through 
generous donations and educational programs and tree plantings have 
occurred at many local schools.
