t was “Nothing but Networking” on June 14 at the Olive Garden Italian Kitchen in Fort 
Walton Beach.  The successful, monthly event fi lled the room hosted by the Greater Fort 
Walton Beach Chamber of Commerce.  The FWB Chamber of Commerce brings together 
the business, non-profi t, and cultural leaders of our area, strengthening local businesses 

and enhancing the quality of life in the community by providing services which help businesses 
help themselves.  As the largest Chamber from Pensacola to Tallahassee, they host the largest 
regular business networking events in Northwest Florida.

Elaine Sheldon of K2 Media was the winner of the quarterly grand prize - a staycation at the 

new Island Hotel along with gift certifi cates from Saltwater Restaurants, a cooler from Inside 
Look, and some other great gifts. Beach Community Bank was the Business Spotlight during 
the event. The next meeting will be held on July 12 at the G.O.A.T. in downtown Fort Walton 
Beach.
