anta Claus was in town at the beautiful shopping, entertainment, and lifestyle center, 
Destin Commons. Santa’s grand arrival happened with a festive holiday celebration 
parade down Main Street. 

Guests and shoppers participated with a festive spirit under the lights of the Center’s 

spectacular 50 foot tall Christmas tree and the Jolly Jubilee decorations throughout Destin 
Commons. 

Activities and entertainment for the whole family included musicians playing traditional 

holiday favorites and kid’s craft projects. Free photos with Santa at Bass Pro Shops also helped to 
fi ll the spirited holiday season.  

Destin Commons opened in 2003 and is anchored by Bass Pro Shops, Belk, and AMC Destin 

14 Theater. Located in Okaloosa County, an area highly traffi cked by locals and tourists, 
the center features more than 90 well-known local and national names in retail and dining 
totaling 500,000 square feet, as well as 70,000 square feet of Class A offi ce space. One is sure 
to fi nd almost anything they are looking for at Destin Commons -- that’s why it’s the preferred
