hat began as a beachside romance, ended in
a lifelong love. Living on the Emerald Coast,
there is no shortage of places to go out.
Mutual friends are what brought Taylor Ann Pfeiffer and
Logan Currie Hopper together. After hanging out at local
Destin hot spots, they felt a spark and began to spend
more time together. After only a week, they decided to
dive in headfirst and went on a cruise. Logan figured, “If
seven days at sea in a 14 x 16 foot room goes absolutely
perfect, I think that’s considered a sign!” While on the
cruise Logan presented Taylor with a promise ring, sealing
their fate to be together always.
One of Taylor’s friends had recently gotten married and
Logan was the lucky bachelor to catch the garter. Logan
knew that Taylor was the woman he wanted to spend
the rest of his life with. He decided to propose at AJ’s on
the water in Destin, in front of a crowd and surrounded
by friends. “Someone like me needs unconditional love
like hers,” said Logan, “You just know when it’s right.”
On August 12, 2017, the couple shared their perfect
wedding day held at the beautiful Water Vue at Brooks
Street in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, in a rustic, modern
style cabin setting. The colors mimicked nature with the
dusty blue of the ocean and a touch of coral from the
sunset. They got married on Taylor’s Aunt’s anniversary,
so it was fitting for Taylor to wear her garter as her
something borrowed. Taylor walked down the aisle in a
stunning long sleeve traditional lace dress with a delicate
scalloped lace edge coupled with a flowing long lace veil.
The mother of the bride wore many hats beyond
giving her daughter away; she was the wedding planner,
the floral designer, stylist, and cake creator. Talk about
talented. The newlyweds stepped out onto the dance
floor and enjoyed their first dance as husband and wife
to the song, “She’s Everything” by Brad Paisley. This
is exactly how Logan feels about Taylor. Friends and
family enjoyed delicious food provided by Uncle Bills
and danced the night away. They sent the lovebirds off
with a glittering sparkler good bye and photographer,
Alex Allen, was there to capture every moment. They
decided to mimic how their love story began by going on
another cruise for their honeymoon to Mexico, Belize,
and Honduras. They had such a great time that they
hopped on for another week of fun in the sun to Mexico
again, the Cayman Islands, and Jamaica. After spending
two incredible weeks on the beach, they returned to
start their new lives together along the paradise of the
Emerald Coast in their home in Crestview, Florida.
