he Susie Kirkland Real EstateTeam invited friends and clients to preview 
“The Renaissance”, a magnifi cent 9,868 square foot estate located on the Bay 
in the heart of Destin. Guests enjoyed entertainment by Kyle LaMonica as 
they sampled hors d’oeuvres and sipped on cocktails provided by Tuscany, all 

while strolling the property and taking in the beautiful landscaping with features straight 
from Spain, Italy and France. When guests arrived, they were greeted by the massive 
cobble courtyard, then were ushered in the Grand Entrance to take in the beautiful 
features of the estate, such as elegant marble fl oors from Spain and towering double 
staircase leading to the 2nd fl oor. Everyone mixed, mingled, and enjoyed this elegant 
property.
