VIP Destin at Emerald Coast Science Center
W
hat better place to feel like a kid than at the Emerald Coast Science Center.
To kick the year off right, The Greater Fort Walton Beach Chamber, with
host The Emerald Coast Science Center, planned and implemented a fun
After Hours event for those young at heart. Attendees this month were
sure to have a blast with fun activities, animals on display, and refreshments. To make the event
even better, the Emerald Coast Science Center invited a handful of local charities to join and
provide information for all who attended. With local business owners, charity volunteers, and
plenty of fun animals set up, it was a great, informational night. Giveaways from each charity,
including the Science Center kept visitors anticipating their announcement while others mixed
and mingled. If you didn’t attend a Fort Walton Beach Chamber After Hours event last year,
2019 is the year to do it. For more information on the Chamber and their events, visit www.
