he Winter Guest Fest, presented by 

ResortQuest by Wyndham Vacation Rentals, 

took place at the Emerald Coast Convention 

Center on Friday, January 12. Formerly called 

the Senior Snowbird Expo, The Winter Guest Fest is the 

area’s largest visitor tradeshow, catering to the Emerald 

Coast’s winter visitors. 

With over 2000 guests this year and 85 vendor booths, 

there were merchants ranging from medical facilities 

and local businesses explaining their products and 

services, to families exhibiting a generation old family 

recipe. For just $2 a ticket, guests were able to check out 

vendor booths to learn about the latest local businesses, 

restaurants, golf deals and also shop. The ResortQuest 

tote bags were a hit and loved by everyone as it came in 

handy for the shoppers.
