he October Cover Reveal Party for VIP Pensacola 
was held at the newly opened Pot Roast and Pinot 
on downtown Palafox Street on the warm evening of 
October 4. Throughout the evening, highly valued 

guests and clients visited the new location of the restaurant and 
enjoyed the cozy, classic, and chic atmosphere. An inside area was 
available for an up-close and personal feel, as well as a red-carpet 
style area outside for guests who favored a little fresh air but still 
wanted to mingle with the party. Cocktails, craft and bottled beer, 

as well as on tap wines were offered along with a special menu 
including chicken kabobs, tater tots, a delicious chocolate dessert, 
and a demonstration of making homemade marshmallow. Executive 
Chef Joe Abston presented the meal and owner Aimee Wilson was 
an absolutely gracious host.

VIP sales representatives Eric Sanders, Beth Magnum, and Tricia 

Wible were on hand, as well as Associate Publisher Verla Price, and 
Editor Steve Barber.
