n September 8 the Pensacola Blue Wahoos Stadium hosted the one-of-
a-kind dinner experience Under the Lights: Farm to Table. This unique 
event treated guests to a menu highlighted by fresh and locally found 
ingredients prepared by two wonderful Pensacola chefs. Executive Chef 

James Briscione who holds the title of two-time champion of “Chopped” and is also 
executive chef of Downtown’s newest Italian restaurant, Angelena’s, which is scheduled 
to open later this year. The second chef is Jason Perry who has represented the state of 
Florida in the Great American Seafood Cook-off and is behind all the wonderful cuisine 
at the Blue Wahoos Stadium. While seated along the second and third baselines of 
Admiral Fetterman Field guests enjoyed courses such as: Bourbon Brined Pork Belly, 
Jumbo Lump Crab Flatbread, and Popcorn Panna Cotta with a Peanut Butter Mousse. 

This is a culinary event not to be missed next time around!
